This Privacy Policy applies to the Testiom Solutions Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Testiom” or “we”), as well as its affiliated companies. This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect your personal information, what that information may be used for, who uses it, when it may be disclosed to other parties, how you can access your details and seek correction of your details, the control your own personal information and how you can contact us. By visiting our website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy.     USE OF GOOGLE SERVICES

    Using Google Analytics in marketing and Promotional Communications: We use Google Analytics for advertising purposes, namely Google Analytics remarketing; using demographics and interests data from website visitors in Google Analytics reports; creating user segments based on this data. You can turn off Google Analytics advertiser features in several ways: through ad preferences for desktop and mobile apps, using the NAI ad opt-out tool, or using the Google Analytics Blocker. Google Maps We use a plugin of the internet service Google Maps on our website. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc. located in the USA, CA 94043, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View. By using Google Maps on our website, information about the use of this website and your IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and also stored on this server. We have no knowledge of the exact content of the data transmitted, nor of their use by Google. In this context, the company denies the connection of the data with information from other Google services and the collection of personal data. However, Google may transfer the information to third parties. If you disable Javascript in your browser, you prevent Google Maps from running. However, you will not be able to use the map display on our website. By using our website, you consent to the collection and processing of the information by Google Inc.

    FACEBOOK

    It is possible to sign up and sign in to the Testiom website using the Facebook account. Facebook authenticates users’ identities and provides them the option to share certain personal information with us, such as name and email address, to autofill the sign-up form. This information is provided to Testiom under the terms of Facebook’s Privacy Policy. Users can control the information we receive via the privacy and data settings in their Facebook account. If the user signed up using Facebook by mistake, it is possible to delete the account at any time: 1. Log in to the Testiom website with Facebook Login. 2. Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications 3. Remove the Testiom app. 4. Click the Removed sub-tab and click on Testiom. 5. Click Send Request to trigger the callback.

    LINKEDIN

    On our website, we use functions of LinkedIn, a network that aims in particular to promote professional contacts among its members. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. If you click on the LinkedIn “Share-Button” (plug-in), you woll – if you are logged into your user account at LinkedIn – forwarded in a seperate browser window on your user account and the deposited on our website electronic publication with the addition of a comment divide. The plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and the LinkedIn server. LinkedIn receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP adress. In addition, LinkedIn will be able to associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. We point out that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted (personal) data and their use by LinkedIn.
